Liverpool 3-0 Newcastle United: Have your say

The excellent run continues.
Fernando Torres and Steven Gerrard were the heroes once again as Liverpool heaped more misery of Kevin Keegan's Newcastle with a 3-0 win at Anfield this afternoon.
Last week we said on this very website that the Reds were facing a crunch 10 days in their season. Since then they have seen off Bolton 3-1 in their own backyard, humiliated the Hammers in front of the Kop, and now completed the double over Newcastle. The fourth and final stop is the San Siro on Tuesday.
Jermaine Pennant set the ball rolling on 43 minutes in bizarre fashion. Jose Enrique's cross looped off the right winger and past the stranded Steve Harper.
Two minutes later Torres stepped forward to make it 2-0, and 25 goals for the season. The Spanish ace raced on to a pass from Steven Gerrard before calmly slotting home.
Then, when Torres returned the favour on 51 minutes Gerrard achieved a similar result to make the game safe, and condemn Keegan to an eighth game without a win since returning to the Newcastle helm.
Obafemi Martins hit the crossbar from 40 yards in the dying minutes but it was a rare spark from the Geordies, whose Premier League candle is now in further danger of going out.
What did you make of the game? Can you find any fault in our recent form? Rafa rotated today but do you think there will be any mention of it in the press?
And what about the Gerrard and Torres partnership? Time for Rooney and Ronaldo to step aside me thinks.
Roll on Tuesday.
